THE DESIGN THINKING CLASSROOM: PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
I have designed and conducted professional learning activities for teachers over the past 25 years. I’m looking forward to continuing that part of my career by offering professional development and keynote (and featured speaker) events based on the content of The Design Thinking Classroom.
I am available for PD events that range from a single day to five days. These opportunities focus on helping teachers learn the process of design thinking and how it can apply to creating new classroom teaching and learning opportunities. We’ll use the book as our guide and spend time discussing the elements of a design thinking based experience and how to create it.
In every event that I do, I specifically design an engagement for you. I have never done cookie-cutter events - I prefer to build a program around your needs. Every PD experience should be unique to the client and I strive to accomplish that in all the programs I design.

Mentoring: I am also available to provide extended mentoring opportunities for schools and teachers that have gone through my professional development activities.
Book Study: if you are using the book at scale with your school or with a group of teachers, I am available to lead a book study.
