Project Goal: Evaluate the impact of three different installations of furniture.
Description: The District created a prototype experience where three teachers participated in a 3 part rotation of three different solutions for re-crafting their classrooms. My role was to compose and conduct an evaluation protocol for the pilot experience and prepare and present findings.
What's Interesting? Can a new furniture installation change learning? Over an extended period, how much can be learned about the nuances of how space, and improved space, influences learning? How can teachers become the gateway to that understanding? How can the work of a prototype experience, through effective evaluation and the information from that, be used to go to scale across the district?
