Project Goal: Develop design thinking capacity and an yearly engagement plan for WiscNet’s advisory groups.
Description: Advisory groups are composed of people from the WiscNet membership that are interested in a particular topic relevant to the organization. This project involved working with three of WiscNet’s advisory groups (Leadership, Community Area Networks, and Networking) to help them develop a new model of engagement for their advisory group.
What's Interesting? Challenging the groups to see their interactions through a design lens - and to plan for the year ahead using this new lens rather than leaning on traditional practice.
