Description: This project focuses on understanding the current position and role of an urban library and imagining what it can become as the City of Racine transitions to a smart city.
What's Interesting? 5G access, development of a smart city, the opportunity to rethink space and how it serves the library, and focusing on the library as a social institution that is dedicated to uplifting the lives of its patrons.
